Medicham used Hidden Power

So, I did this after seeing =purplekecleon's painting tut, thought I'd give it a go... I guess most of it was lost on me, but the palette unity thing was interesting.

Anyway. After this, I'm continuing on with the birthday thing for *Noxuru-Sephirothu. Just not on paint tool SAI.

EDIT: I've really got to stop leaving things unfinished. It always bugs me, until I get annoyed enough to flesh it out - or in this case, hide the mistakes with a conviniently placed glowy thing. Kidding. Srsly, I'm awesome. ¬.¬
