Free to use, just download and stick it on your profile! If you want. Which you probably don't. Anywho, if mewtwo isn't your thing, I've also got a kecleon, poliwhirl, scizor, and pichu, which anyone can use. I've also got a cyndaquil, and my own mudkip, but they're taken, sorry^^
This one is a bit choppy because I had to take out one or two frames to get it under 15.kb. Still, it turned out alright.
I'd post links to the other ones, but my connection is slow and that'd take forever. So you'll have to go through my profile, lol. Anywho, just tell me if you're going to use it, okay?
Edit: Changed the energy lines to make them less... bad! And rounded the tail too.
